Norwegian Style Crispbread!


*I recommend doubling this recipe! It is sooooo GOOD!

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2-4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tablespoon of avocado oil

  • 2 egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel Seasoning. For this specific recipe I use Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning. Highly recommend!


  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.

  2. In a medium sized bowl mix all of your ingredients listed above to make a dough. NOTE: If you don't have the Everything Seasonings you can also make your own. Just mix equally your dried seasonings such as salt, minced onion, minced garlic, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and/or other desired seasonings. Mix together and use 2 tablespoons into your dough.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray, and place the dough on top.

  4. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out until it's about ¼ inch thick. This dough will not rise it is a flatbread. Shape the dough the best you can into a rectangular shape.

  5. Using a knife or small pizza cutter lightly slice into pieces but make sure it is not to cut all the way through.

  6. Place in the oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Cooking times may vary so make sure to keep checking.

  7. Remove from oven and then let it cool before breaking a part.
