Keto Pesto Chicken Dish with Feta Cheese, Spinach, and Olives


  • 2 lbs. of chicken you can also add chicken wings!

  • Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper

  • 2 tbsp of kerrygold butter

  • 1⁄3 cup of Pesto (I use Kirklands Basil Pesto from Costco)

  • 1¼ cups heavy whipping cream

  • Desired amount of Kalamata Olives

  • 1 cup of feta cheese

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • 12 oz. of Spinach


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F

  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Add kerrygold butter and minced garlic to a large skillet and fry the chicken pieces in batches over medium-high heat until golden brown.

  4. Combine pesto, heavy cream, feta, olives, and spinach in a separate pan and let it simmer.

  5. Once chicken is golden brown you can transfer the chicken to your pesto/cream/olive/feta mixture and stir.

  6. Let it simmer for a little bit longer and it will be ready to serve!
