4-6 strips of bacon
4 cups water to boil cauliflower
1 large head of cauliflower
2 teaspoons Himalayan salt
4 ounces of cream cheese
1/3 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh chopped parsley for topping
Cook your slices of bacon I prefer my Bella Air Fryer to cook my bacon until crisp.
Chop bacon and set aside to add in your dish later.
Add the water into your pot and bring to a boil.
Then chop up cauliflower into small pieces while water is bringing to a boil.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water stir and add then cauliflower, cover and cook until softened.
Drain the cauliflower immediately afterwards and set aside.
In the same saucepan, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, the other teaspoon of hymilylan salt, and paprika. Stir all together until a smooth creamy texture.
Add the cauliflower and bacon into the mixture and stir while adding in your cheddar cheese until melted.
Plate in a bowl and place your fresh parsley on top and you can add additional bacon crumbles on top as well.
