4 boneless pork chops
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. avocado oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Cup heavy cream
1/2 Cup freshly grated Parmesan you can also add mozzarella as well if you would like
1 tsp. dried oregano
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
3-4 Cups of fresh spinach
Season pork chops on both sides with your himalayan salt and fresh cracked pepper. In a large skillet over low to medium heat add your avocado oil. Then you can add in your 4 pork chops and cook until golden and cooked all the way through. Remove from your skillet and place on a plate and set to the side.
Add your minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute or less.
Then add in your heavy cream, parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer until the sauce is thickened.
Add your spinach and cook until until your spinach is wilted.
Return the pork chops to skillet and cook until it has warmed up in your garlic cream sauce.
