4 tablespoons ghee butter
1 small white onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger minced
Siracha! (desired amount)
1 tablespoon green curry paste
4 cups vegetable broth
1 can of coconut milk
1 tablespoon lime juice
You can also add chicken to this dish if you would like!
Fresh or dried cilantro
Fresh or dried Basil
You can also add in an additional amount of siracha in your bowl when plating if you would like.
Heat the ghee butter in a large pot over medium to high heat. Once hot add in the onion, garlic, ginger, and a little bit of your siracha. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until it begins to soften.
Add in your green curry past, stir to combine then add in the remaining ingredients. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook another 5-10 minutes.
Then add your toppings and additional siracha if you would like!
