BEST CURRY SOUP!!! (Keto Friendly!)


  • 4 tablespoons ghee butter

  • 1 small white onion chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger minced

  • Siracha! (desired amount)

  • 1 tablespoon green curry paste

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • You can also add chicken to this dish if you would like!


  • Fresh or dried cilantro

  • Fresh or dried Basil

  • You can also add in an additional amount of siracha in your bowl when plating if you would like.


  • Heat the ghee butter in a large pot over medium to high heat. Once hot add in the onion, garlic, ginger, and a little bit of your siracha. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until it begins to soften.

  • Add in your green curry past, stir to combine then add in the remaining ingredients. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook another 5-10 minutes.

  • Then add your toppings and additional siracha if you would like!
