Loaded Miniature Meatloaf Cups in a Muffin Tin! MUST TRY!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey

  • 6 oz Pepperidge Farms StoveTop Stuffing mix

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 TBSP A-1 Original Steak Sauce

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 3 minced garlic cloves (or bottle prepared)

  • 3 cups hot mashed potatoes

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1 cup Heinz HomeStyle Savory Beef gravy

  • bacon crumbles (optional)

How to Cook it

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, stuffing mix, water, and A-1 sauce.

  3. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray, then press beef mixture into 12 muffin cups

  4. Bake 20-25 minutes (make sure you have an internal temperature of 160 degrees)

  5. Add cream cheese and garlic to the mashed potatoes (real thing or instant cheat – pick your poison). Stir until cream cheese is melted than add the parsley.

  6. Serve mashed potatoes on top of the meatloaf muffins and top with hot gravy.
