Keto Friendly Taco Bell Crunch Wraps

FOR THE WRAPS 1 head of green cabbage 1 lb. ground turkey Taco Seasoning I use Trader Joes Chili Lime Seasoning

FOR THE CHEESE CRISPS 2 cups of shredded cheddar

FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE 2 oz. cream cheese 1/4 up of milk 1 tbsp. butter Taco Seasoning or Trader Joes Chili Lime Seasoning 1 cup of shredded cheddar, I use the taco seasoning flavored cheese

TOPPINGS 1 c. sour cream 2 c. shredded lettuce 1 c. chopped tomatoes 1 c. shredded cheddar


  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook cabbage leaves until a little soft, approx. 2-5 minutes, working in batches, if necessary. Remove each leaf using and placing them into a strainer then add cold water over cabbage and let it drain .

  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat to begin making cheese crisps for that added crunch to your Keto friendly crunch wrap. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup of cheese into an even 4 to 5-inch round in center of hot pan. Let sit until crisp and golden on bottom for about 1 minute. Using a spatula flip cheese crisps like a pancake. Remove to a plate and let cool. Repeat to make additional cheese crisps for desired amount. An easier way to make your cheese crisps is to take parchment paper and sprinkle cheese into small circular shapes and microwave for about 1 minute until golden brown. Let it cool and you can peel them off very easily!

  3. Cook ground turkey with your taco seasoning or trader joes chili lime seasoning. Cook all the way and then drain grease.

  4. For your cheese sauce: In a small saucepan combine all your cheese sauce ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat continue to stir until a smooth texture. Remove from heat, keep warm. To save time you could also combine all your cheese sauce ingredients into a small bowl and microwave until you get a smooth texture as well.

  5. How to Assemble Keto Friendly Crunch Wraps: Lay a piece of cabbage down overlapping so it makes a consistent circle. Add another piece of cabbage slightly overlapping on top continuing to make that circular shape. Add your cheese crisp to the center of cabbage, then add your meat, Lettuce, Tomato, Sour Cream, Cheese Sauce, and drizzle your taco bell mild hot sauce on top.

  6. Fold edges of the bottom of the cabbage towards the center to close the wrap.
