10-16 ounces Cheese Stuffed Tortellini
1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil
2-3 teaspoons of Minced Garlic
2 Cups of Milk
2 teaspoon Dry Italian Seasoning
1/2 a stick of Original Velveeta Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Cheese Blend you can also use mozzarella if you would like
4-6 ounces Pepperoni
1 Cup of Organic Pizza Sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F
Cube your Velveeta Cheese then place to the side.
Cut your desired amount of pepperoni's into quarters.
Cook tortellini according to the directions, drain, then set to the side.
In a medium sauce pan cook over medium heat the garlic in your avocado oil while stirring for about 1 minute until lightly brown.
Add milk and Italian seasoning. Stir until milk begins to steam.
Reduce heat then add Velveeta until melted then add your quartered pepperoni.
Then add your quartered peperoni and cooked tortellini. Stir then transfer mixture to casserole dish.
Cover a layer of full sliced pepperoni on top then sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese.
Drizzle pizza sauce on top and lightly swirl the sauce without fully mixing.
Sprinkle some more cheese (adding more pepperoni slices is optional)
Bake uncovered on center rack for 25 minutes. Broil on high for 3-4 minutes to brown.
When you are ready to serve sprinkle your fresh parsley on top! You can also add with a nice side salad with this dish!
